When do the ticket sales end?

Ticket sales end at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 11, 2019.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the Gala?

You may bring either your printed ticket or your ticket on your smart phone, but you must have a ticket to attend.

Can I sign in at the Desmond earlier than 12:30?

No, you may not sign in/register to the Gala any earlier than 12:30 as that is the official start time of the event. Registration closes at 2:30; however, if you know you will be arriving after 2:30, please contact Bob Mahoney (518.852.2600).

What is the refund policy?

You may get a refund, provided you request it prior to 6:00 P.M. on Thursday, December 12, 2019.
